With over 25 years of experience and a portfolio exceeding $1 billion in residential and commercial projects, Rick is a trusted advisor to discerning clients who value rigor, discretion, and commitment—especially when projects face complex or challenging conditions.

Rick launched Prime Group Management in 2009, bringing together a handpicked team of senior professionals with decades of experience and long-standing working relationships. Under his leadership, PGM has delivered 15 landmark homes totaling more than 230,000 square feet and $600 million, with another 100,000 square feet and $361 million currently in progress. His projects are distinguished by their architectural integrity, scale, and tailored execution.

Educated in architecture at Georgia Tech and holding an MBA in Real Estate and Finance from the University of Miami, Rick combines technical fluency with financial discipline. His background includes leadership roles with global construction firms and premier luxury developers, where he managed the delivery of complex high-rises and bespoke estates.
