Erik Wlasiuk

Erik Wlasiuk serves as a Project Manager at Prime Group Management, supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of complex construction projects with a strong emphasis on precision, organization, and technical rigor. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from The Catholic University of America and brings a disciplined, detail-oriented approach to every phase of project delivery.

Erik has experience managing and coordinating projects across both public and private sectors in Florida and New York, including work in critical environments such as healthcare facilities and data centers, where stringent codes, operational constraints, and life-safety considerations demand exceptional attention to detail. His background includes oversight of project schedules, tracking deliverables, supporting budget development, and maintaining comprehensive project documentation throughout design and construction. He works closely with owners, consultants, contractors, and municipal stakeholders to ensure projects remain aligned with scope, schedule, regulatory requirements, and quality standards.

Prior to joining PGM, Erik held Project Manager and Project Engineer roles where he supported contract administration, change management, cost estimating, and workflow coordination from early planning through construction closeout. He is proficient in industry-standard platforms including Procore, Primavera P6, and E-Builder, and is known for his ability to manage multiple workstreams while navigating technically complex and highly regulated project conditions.
